Heavy fabrics and chunky jewellery – that has been Bollywood’s latest saree queen’s style statement for a very long time now! From the time designer Sabyasachi entered her life, we have just seen Vidya in sarees and more sarees. While there’s no doubt that she does manage to carry the traditional look with élan, we also feel a little change in this 35 year old’s look won’t be a bad idea.
Sonam Kapoor (28)
She’s 28 but is hardly seen dressed for her age. Sonam’s outfits are always very elaborate and well thought of. While everyone around would wear something conventional, Sonam would probably go ahead and done a quirky outfit and look classy in it. She’s experimental, elegant and unpredictable - this fashionista has an impeccable sense of style we totally love!
Imran Khan (30)
This young and dashing actor seems to have forgotten how old he is! Yes, he’s either seen wearing a suit or a sweater over his shirt (no matter how sunny it is!). His sense of style is plain monotonous. We agree he still looks charming but he needs to be reminded that he’s just 30 and 50 is a long way to go! Let’s hope he starts opting for something that suits his age and yes, also the weather.

Strapless blouses, bandage dresses, figure hugging gowns – she’s worn them all even at this age and what can we say, no one can even imagine she’s almost 50! One of the best dressed actresses, Sridevi still pulls off trendy avatars and always gets it right! If this is how she looks (also read: a million bucks) we really don’t mind seeing her dress under her age.
Abhishek Bachchan (37)
If Imran has his suits and sweaters; Abhishek has his denims and white shirts. We wonder if he’s just lazy or doesn’t know any better. Looks like he has to pair whatever he wears with those denims of his. This tall, dark and handsome actor seems to be unaware of how much he can do with his appearance! Abhishek, how about leaving your current sense of style for when you’re actually 50 and going for something more colourful now?
Ameesha Patel (38)
No points for guessing what Ameesha dresses up like. A teenager, that’s right. There are times when we see her looking pretty in gowns and dresses but most of times, she’s seen wearing pink shorts and cropped tees. Promotions, press conferences or whatever the occasion – Ameesha seems to be happiest sporting her ‘teenager’ look. We won’t be surprised if she continues to be this way even when she turns 60!
