Mid Day recently reported that Amitabh Bachchan and Rekha might come together for Anees Bazmee's Welcome Back, a sequel to 2007 hit Welcome.
Big B has been roped in to play the role of a don while there are talks of Rekha being approached to play the role of a rich fashionista.
"We are considering Rekhaji for a role which will have love angle between Nana and Anil. But it is too early to talk about all this as nothing is decided and confirmed. As there are three-four veteran actresses that we are thinking of it all depends if they like it or not, their dates and money issues," said Bazmee.
The last time we saw Big B and Rekha together was in Silsila. To see them together after so long will surely be interesting!
Welcome Back stars John Abraham, Shruti Hassan, Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor. Shooting will begin this month and the movie is expected to release in March 2014.
